WORKING EXPERIENCE:

She has been in legal practice for over 30 years. She embarked her career as a pupil Barrister in the Chambers of 4 Brick Court, London, United Kingdom in 1993 until 1994. She continued her international legal practice in Singapore until 1996 and in Vietnam until 1999.

She resumed her legal practice in Malaysia in 2000 with Messrs. Raslan Loong and thereafter in 2003 with Messrs. Mazlan & Associates where she was made a Partner in 2006. In 2014, she left Messrs. Mazlan and Associates and co-founded Messrs. Ilham Lee. In September 2025, she retired from legal practice and joined Getstarted Sdn Bhd as a consultant in October 2025.

Currently, she is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Teladan Group Berhad, a public-listed company on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
