Vantris Energy Berhad (“VTEB”) has issued this Notice of Expiry in relation to the expiry and final exercise of Warrants 2019/2026.
The Notice is dated 22 December 2025 and is published on this website for warrant holders’ reference following the Company’s Bursa announcements.
This Notice is issued to comply with Paragraph 8.28 of the Main Market Listing Requirements (MMLR), which requires the Company to notify warrant holders not less than one (1) month prior to the expiry date.
Last date and time for trading: Wednesday, 7 January 2026, 5.00 p.m.
• Suspension of trading: Thursday, 8 January 2026, 9.00 a.m.
• Last date and time for transfer into depositor’s CDS account: Friday, 16 January 2026, 4.30 p.m.
• Last date and time for exercise / Expiry Date: Friday, 23 January 2026, 5.00 p.m.
• Delisting of warrants: Monday, 26 January 2026, 9.00 a.m.
